Is It Just a Matter of Personal Opinion?

How do we define evil to begin with? Is it just a matter of personal oand you don't like what happened to this boy, because they didn't seem to care. Or is there a third option? And that's where i think you and i would say the third option is better. Most people, when they see a story like this and they say it's evil, they really mean that it is truly, in reality, evil. It wouldn't matter who these people,. who the parents were, at what time they lived and what country they were living, n that this is actually evil in a way that transcends their opinion, their culture.
