The Laws of Chemistry and Biology Can't Explain Dimensions of Us

The laws of physics and chemistry can't give an account of it. They explain dimensions of us, but they don't explain our choices or conclusions. If you could deduce what my conclusion is going to be from the way the brain processes are working, then that would mean that it was the physics that determined it not the content of the reasoning. So we're not just what we are, our actions are not just reducible to the forces working on us. That's important I think for our having basic rights.
