What's the Balance Between Just Replacing and What Matters in the Back?

i feel like i've been taught and educated a lot on topics such as pink washing. And that there is, like so many companies that we know in their date days, like chapile, who are like one of the most homophobic leadership in the country. In the end, the only thing they care about is how much profit they make. I think it's important to keep in mind that the level queer representation and visibility that you see here is not common at all in other parts of the world. But again, i would say this is a perspective that's very much rooted in the privilege of being in the us.
