The Danger of Donald Trump's Multi-Layered Approach to the Constitution
I think that Donald Trump is going to have a multi-layered approach, and part of it is legal. The legal case is I was entitled to free speech. And therefore I was exercising my first amendment rights. But American law and justice does not work like that,. where you kind of take on, well, let's just have one big case and not do these other things. Also, I think the idea of moving state in which a case is held is ridiculous.
