There's never been a time where sleep is more important than it is right now. If you're not recovered and sleeping optimatly, your ability to tolerate all those things will be severely compromised. Lack of sunlight is what gets people sicker. Seasonal depression is a real thing. Peoplewho live in those kinds of a states and environments over the winter should be doing red light therapy or other kind of light therapies. We'll fight those people. They fall off the cliff, they're dead to us. It doesn't matter any more.
