Holland has a great deal of similarities to the culture of the British, although it's slightly skew-wiff. One of the things that I found strange when I first moved to Holland was that you have these little vending machines,. and rather than selling packets of crisps or chocolate bars, you put like what was then gilders in them. There was something really nice about treating yourself to a frickin' little crockette. In England, we don't have fresh food or meat or cheese-based products in a vending machine.
