Is There a Need for a Street Network?

i live in cleveland, ohio, even though i work at washingo d c. And we've got miles and miles of that kind of street credt you're just talking about, jeff. It's so much more efficient than other parts of the region. I wish we could take more advantage of tem i want to talk about the to d strategy, verses, say, like an auto electrification strategy.
