Introduction
The ideal position for this meditation is laying down, arms by your side, palms up. Use a bolster or a pillow under your knees for extra comfort and cover yourself with a blanket if necessary. As you find your rest position, take a minute to feel your physical body. Feel if it is heavy or light, tense or relax. Simply keep your awareness open. Using the power of intentionrelax and release the muscles of your skull. Everything that rests just under the skin that surrounds your skull and allow that to sink deeper into the bones that rest beneath those muscles. Imagine those bones dissolving. Allow your brain to expand and contract, like your heart, to find its own rhythm of giving
