How to Write for a Comedy Show

I think Louie kind of changed a lot of stuff because it used to be they had like a set they did. And then Louie kind of made it where you got to turn your material over every year. Would you say writing for comedians that have writers is more prevalent now than before or vice versa? If it's for a show, you're gonna have writers. Yeah.
