Topgun Maverick - The Movie Is Not That Great
Topgun maverick is yet more proof that america is a decadent society addicted to nastalga. And i liked it anyway. It wasn't a life changing, syntematic experience. But what was striking to me about this movie is how, virtually beat for beat, it was a remake of the original. You rigt opening credits and the song and the montage of scenes on the aircraft carrier at sunset,. like, exactly the same as the original.
