Fenugreek is hyped up a lot for its testosterone effects but then you kind of forget the effects that it has. It has some interesting mood, motivation, focus enhancing effects and it has some really interesting effects on glucose processing. And when you combine all of that though you get a really interesting effect on fitness just general overall fitness so that is one aspect we did focus on with our fenugreek extract. We weren't necessarily looking to create a really good testosterone booster but we were looking at something that would just slot into pretty much anyone's workout regimen.
