The Virtues of the Rule of Law
Hayek was very interested in planning, and it's a terrible misunderstanding of how he was against planning. It was against what he calls in the road to surfed him planning, because by that he explicitly says he means government planning, state top down planning. That is the reason that he emphasizes the importance of the rule of law on it.
