D.A.H. can be primary due to capillaritis and inflammation in the lungs, which you're seeing with your serial lavages. It can also be secondary to medication side effects, toxidromes, cocaine use, things like that can also lead to this. So, I was glad I did the bronch. I feel like I have a diagnosis of truly D.A. H. And some concern that seems consistent with D.A., may go ahead and start steroids then. But I like to wait 12, 24 hours, see if the cultures grow anything, see if there's anything that causes me secondary. And then maybe starting peric immunosupp
