I don't think you can sell a terrible product nowadays. You have to have something that is genuinely valuable to the person at the other end of the screen, and you have to frame it in a way where it becomes their idea to participate or want to buy. And it all goes back to, how do you get somebody excited? I think it just comes down to asking the simple question: How do you get someone so excited for not being a participant in this brand?"
