Is Amazon Going to Sell to Amazon?
I am very confident that they are going to have some major active shareholder activism over the next year. I would be floored if the board approved a sale at anything close to current prices, given how far it's fallen. How do you go back to all those shareholders and say, hey, like, e-commerce is tough, it's been a rough few years, we have an on the table bid, 40% above ask, and we're going to turn it down? Like, I'm not saying it won't happen, but that is a hard, that would be a hard thing to do.
