What's Your Favorite Smell?

I truly enjoy being in a fishing village and walking around alone or with friends. In fact I have a stock of dry fish in my house especially during the monsoon. And if there is one smell you'd like to get out of Mumbai what would that be? That would be the smell of chemicals from actually Thurubai which is a Navi Mumbai.
