Active Immersion Is Better Than Passive Immersion

Mass immersion is when you give your full undivided attention to what you're watching, listening or reading. The more time you spend sitting down trying to understand real content, the more that's going to tell your unconscious mind that this is kind of a problem that's important to solve. So our stance is that passive listening is beneficial but the biggest gains come from active immersion.
