I can imagine anonymous spaces in a workplace where employees or colleagues are encouraged to write their truths it would be really interesting to see what people say. You could do the same thing on chat rooms in zumes you know within an anonymous function of like how is everybody truly feeling this morning and maybe someone goes first writing something other than pumped or thrilled or whateverYeah so I'm not calling for everyone to feel like now you've got to just divulge everything to all your colleagues I don't mean that but there are moments where you could share well this is actually the truth in my experience right now or to create spaces for other people to do it perhaps anonymously. if you don't enjoy the practice
