Incels are responding to something real in the world, but their solution isn't right. Feminism made a catastrophically wrong turn by defining women's dignity in ironically masculine terms. The good life for women was painted over successive generations and waves of feminism in increasingly masculine terms. This wasn't merely an idealization of the masculine. It was actually a denigration of the distinctly and bodily feminine.
