Convention of States to Restrain Federal Tyranny

In all american history, the states have never gathered in convention to propose amendments to our constitution. The reason it's never been done very high bar two thirds of states agreeing on anything. We now have a 30 trillion dollar federal debt. Dett cht p has reached historic levels. And we don't know exactly when this will cause America to crash. So eventually it's going to cause a crash. That's really what we're trying to fix with convention of states.
