Knowing how to buy a rental property is one thing, but coming up with the money is another. This is the constant struggle real estate investors find themselves in. When they have cash, there aren’t enough deals. When they have deals, there isn’t enough cash. This catch-22 usually puts investors in a spin cycle, never pulling the trigger on their first or next deal. But, it doesn’t have to be this way.
