Ux writing is about 'coration' and getting inside different disciplines. For some people it may even be enough to do one course. But i don't like the idea of this discipline becoming something that, oh, i did a three day boot camp, and now i'm you x wrider. I've come around to the need for especially people who might come from a non tradition or have more experience of marginalization than others. A certificate is extremely valuable because they may not have the network. And sike the bigats can have a lot of value.
