i want to be really, really clear, meditation does not cause psychosis. You're not going to go into psychosis. It is possible that it is not a cure all for everyone. And might even if you go tolike, do it for too long, or just like, overdo it, it can have harmful effects. There's some evidence, but the evidence has been systematically skewed for decades.
