Is It Helpful to Be a Conlition?

When someone's in front of us with maybe some ideas that go completely against our biases, how can we react? And if we've got that pent up frustration from everything we see on social media, maybe it might be helpful to reflect on how we're feeling and then use that frustration toward something that's actually helpful. If you want to stop misinformation, you actually have to compete with misinformation. I'd love to get anthony's thoughts on this as well. John, do you remember my response to that post?
