Advice for GPs on Joining a Practice
As an accountant, what sort of advice do you give people who are weighing up whether or not to join a particular practice? What sort of things should GPs be looking at when they're thinking about becoming a partner? I always talk about the finances. But it's only part of the jigsaw of joining a practice. Partners have to look at everything and just make sure it's the right type of environment for them to work it.
