Do You Think the United States Would Pull That Maneuver Again in the Cold War?
The U.S. tendency when it comes to its global outlook is to build up these large structures of alliances. The United States feels pretty territorially secure and has good relations with Canada, Mexico in a different sense than Russia. But that's not the story in Russia after 1991 I think they're territory what you could sort of classically understand is these very you know sort of hard national security issues which are driven by ideology.
