The Importance of Mentorship in Private Equity

I think one approach for young folks is when you go to senior people in the industry and you ask them good questions or you work for them, you solve problems. That effectively will create a mentorship role when you don't even say, hey, would you be my mentor? Has there been anybody in your career that has been a mentor to you and do you have any thoughts around that? Over the years I've given a lot of thought to who is most influenced the person I am today.
