Ukraine and Russia - I Don't Blame Them

The Ukraine has a number of challenges that are very real. Long term access to different types of munitions and Western training is very important for Ukraine if they're going to take back more territory. I don't think the Russian military is in the capacity to dramatically restore the potential for offensive operations. But in the limited sense, they can and they will try.
