I love being able to hop out in the shop and go through details. The creative production team is really just one person, and partially my role. And from a marketing standpoint, i thoroughly believe in in the marketing initiative behind what we're doing. We've been invited to a table discussion with some pretty prominent builders that have been doing this for 20, 30, forty, 50 plus years. It's because of the awareness that we built and people wanting to work with us.
