The Importance of Caring for Others
Amy was discharged from the service with an invitation to re-refer at some time in the future but that hasn't happened. The cell farm ceased over time particularly as I say she was able to focus on others and and recognize her strengths as a carer so that was very satisfying in this case. It was a great relief there were times during that ongoing therapeutic relationship where I had really genuine fears and worries for her safety. Nevertheless I would arrive to work on Monday morning sometimes and open up the electronic medical record just to check that she hadn't had an emergency admission or anything like that.
