Five Strategies That Can Really Help When the Anxiety Shows Up

To day i'm sharing with you five strategies that can really help us when the anxiety's building. The first thing i'd love to suggest for you is to say, well, hallo, anxietyis lovely to see you. Thank you for being here and trying to keep me safe. My second idea that i'm sharing to day is name it to tame it. When we can accurately name how we're feeling, we can reduce the distress around that feeling by up to 50 per cent. Strategy number three is about becoming curious about how you feel,. noticing what's happening in your body, recognizing it for what it is.
