Widgets that open up overcast and drop you directly into your play list are two i like the most. One is a rectangular widget that lists the podcast you've been listening to, and when you tap on it,. it opens the ap to that podcast episode and starts playing it. You don't have to do anything else. It's more powerful on the lock screen that way.
