Is COVID Worse Than Burnout?
The politicization of vaccine recommendations and mask protocols, those made it even worse because now you have- and we see this, we had one of our physicians who was the national rural healthcare association physician of the year in Kansas. And that's what rips and that's what is causing, I think, more burnout than anything else. That's the switch from being aligned with your patients to sometimes feeling that the patients are really not aligned with what you know is best for them and best for society.
