How to Be an Observant Jew

I'm not really an ice cream person. I used to like peanut butter chocolate from Baskin Robbins. But when I became vegan, with all due respect to all the wonderful vegan ice cream out here, it doesn't match. And I sort of gave it up. Because why bother with something lesser? Something that reminds you of the better version. What is your favorite holiday? Like I celebrate Jewish holidays. Yom Kippur. That's the one where we don't eat. A toneman. Well, it's not just a toneman. It's a day of intense meditation and quiet. The kind of fasting, not the hipster kind, is very spiritually uplifting
