Is Bitcoin Can Change?

It's actually kind of interesting now that I just noticed because I gave like three options to change Bitcoin earlier and it seems to actually have all positions represented on the panel. One option was Bitcoin basically can't change, which is what Adam has been arguing. And then option two is Bitcoin can change through consensus, which actually seems to be what Rodolfo is arguing. Then I'm saying I think it's just a market and prediction markets are the best predictor of that. So Bitcoin can change and we can use prediction markets to figure out how it will change and should change. Am I right? It seems we have a lot of things.
