The Apollinian and Deinesian in Artistic Thoughts
The deinesian is almost word for word, the way Schopenhauer speaks of the artistic. And yet by bringing in the deinesian, which had been sort of ignored in aesthetics as much as anything, he's trying to rescue it or say that we are lacking something because we have excised this.
