Speed Is Tranquility

Legendary fone driver said speed is tranquillity. I understand it because from my side, when i've had my career of racin moge m by, the faster you go it, the more in control you feel. But when the bit's shakin, trying to flick you off, going heading towards a barrier in the grass at 300 k an hour, and you trying to hold on for dear life, say, on a practice lap or something like that, then it's not so tranquil. It's a fine line between tranquillity and absolute panic and chaos, i guess.
