Are We Pushing Toward Anything Unseen Before?

In the last 20 years or so, we've had extensions of a lot of the things that were born in the seventies, eighties and is. But i don't feel like we are necessarily pushing towards anything that is unseen before. And then you think you've seen it all, and then unfriended shows you this kind of screen life horror. Then you have unfriended, dark webb and host and things like that. So i feel like that's all you can hope for.
