The Mass Trespass in Manchester
The peak district of greater manchester was used largely as private shooting estates. Gamekeepers controlled the desolate but beautiful plateau on top of kinder scout, the area's highest mountain. The tension spilled over when george hag and many others joined a mass trespass organized by an offshoot of the communist party.
