Is There a Routine for Depression?
I have a system where i work three hours a day every day on my business. It is essentially nine check boxes every single day. So it's like if you drew, kind of like a flattened wide side of a rubic cube. And those nine squares account for 20 as each. When i'm not dealing with depression, i wake up early, and i i get a free extra few hours.
