Sleeping Is Not a Cult
Sarah Edmondson was branded with the leader's initials, went to the New York Times and now we have a podcast called A Little Bit Cult-y. We would sleep sometimes for five hours a night in a training for like 16 hours. It was not acceptable to be like I just need a little nap. Then you'd be like satiating. Well this is a safe space to complain about being exhausted. This is why it sounds like a cult is not a cult because you're allowed to nap whenever you want. And like we love sleeping. Amanda says she wakes up early during times when she feels deranged but normally she's pretty good sleep.
