How to Train Light and Heavy to Get Different Fiber Growth
Similar hypertrophy occurs when you have volume matched, regardless of whether you're doing high rep or low rep training. So long as it is not way too low load, like below 30 or forty percent of one arm. And then maybe it's a little more like actually endurance training. We can see this both through motor unit behavior studies, but also through all of the applied studies.
