The Legacy of Coffee
Coffee is the ultimate sort of imperial colonial beverage in some ways. It has a legacy around enslavement, inequities and it's also a beverage now that unites a large portion of the world. We need to turn coffee into something that can sustain livelihoods rather than divide us as it were. I'm always pleased to see the adoption of coffee drinking in new markets and by new people's.
