Group coaching is a good example of this because what we do in group coaching. We really try to help people with things like emotional awareness, rejection sensitivity and awareness of interactions. And by the way, you don't have to sign up for group coaching. If you can create any kind of situation where you can have some of these explorations of your reactions to conversation to kind of social cues and things like that, then you can really start to unravel that and start to reprogram yourself.
