How Do You Use Diagonalization?

Ashley: I really appreciate too in your book just some of the terminology that you're teasing out. This idea of diagonalization, there's so many syllables in that word there. So could you help our listeners just understand what does this look like? What do you mean by that term? And secondly, maybe give us an example of what that would look like in like, you know, you go to your neighborhood book club or something and you're presented with a different idea from someone who comes from a very different world and life view than your own.
