i had already been working kind of as a process architect or a system architect previously. I was always looking for opportunities to improve the business. And this led me to have conversations around processes and systems at, you know, front line worker level, mid level manager level and the executive level. It's great not having to go to the office. There's no commute. I don't have to dress up. i don't have to be away from my family. You can pick who you want to work with. You can pick what you're willing to work for. This is something that, it's a level of freedom that you don't really appreciate until you have worked in corporate leadership world
