Anaraxics Don't Want Treatment
As a young practitioner, i remember noticing that so many of the people who were coming for treatment were there not necessarily because they had decided that this was something that they wished do. Am, aspiration to make changes to a it was very often a family member or a partner, or possibly a clinitian or a therapist. And that just became something that am, i was thinking a lot about and feeling like it had a significant impact on treatment, but wasn't really being addressed. It turned out to be extremely clinically helpful in figuring out what sort of treatment people would be most likely to respond to.
