The Importance of Stack Ranking
At big mega-corpse, they do what's called stack ranking. Stack ranking is where they actually are required to allocate a certain number of a certain percentage of every team on this continuum of high performing, middle performing, and you know, performance improvement. And so it is a possibility that this pip was a little bit more than a new one. It was actually just a formality. They were checking boxes and they intended to take you off the pip and call it a successful exit at the end.
