Lawyers are 'unique' as they look back at precedent based on what has been done before - but don't realise how emotional decision-making can be in some cases. But it's difficult to convince lawyers to change their risk of ers, their precedent. So you have to make a good case for change. And you also have to help them with the change," she adds.
