Kisha: 'I'm huge on routine. ideally we want people to get on a exercise programme of ye times a week, rit whatever tickles their fancy' She says fitness is hard and if you don't like the effort or muscle pain then you're not going to like working out at all - so it's supposed to be an experience. Kisha also talks about how she tries to make her employees feel good by asking them what they need from her.
